Khaled Salem, often known as "KK," started Williamsburg Enterprises in 2009. KK started his journey in the real estate industry by purchasing townhomes from a bank to renovate and sell. Townhomes eventually turned into shopping centers, multifamily developments, and, most recently - industrial/mixed-use developments across Houston.
KK has spent the past decade expanding his portfolio, growing his team, and giving back to the communities he invests in. "When you help a total stranger, the person you help the most is yourself." KK lives and works by this concept - leading with a community-first mentality.
A University of Texas alumni, KK has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is the donor and namesake of the Salem Center for Policy at the McCombs School of Business.

KK comes from an immigrant family who truly encapsulates the American dream. KK's father came to the U.S from Lebanon with a strong work ethic and a goal to leave an impact on the world around him. This outlook on life has followed KK throughout his career and is something he believes in instilling in his team.
PASSION FOR EDUCATION
KK attended the University of Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Since graduating, he has made it a goal to give back to his alma mater - starting the Salem Center for Policy at the McCombs School of Business in 2021.
