Lauren Shepperd serves as Williamsburg’s Vice President of Leasing. Lauren is responsible for the retail leasing of Williamsburg’s portfolio, which consists of 2.2 million square feet of shopping centers. Before joining the Williamsburg team, Lauren successfully leased 1.2 million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers for Global Fund Investments.

Lauren is a native Houstonian who received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Southern University. Lauren is also an active member of ICSC. When Lauren is outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family taking advantage of all that Houston has to offer!
