Theresa Germaine serves as Williamsburg’s Property Accounting Manager, and her work for the company includes managing all financial information for each of our properties.

Theresa received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Master’s Degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University.

When she’s not busy doing all “the fun stuff” like taxes, reconciliations, and paying bills, Theresa loves to go to church with her family. She also loves listening to 80s music and visiting museums in Houston during her downtime.
